Message	a traffic ticket is a summons, not a CUSTODIAL arrest, and Miranda warnings only apply when two conditions are met: 1) interrogation, 2) custody. Therefore the statements are admissible regardless of the Miranda warnings ("You have the right to remain silent" etc).
